Spyros was born to become CEO of Bar Solutions a Drink Events & Bar Consultancy company.

He founded Bar Solutions in 2010 and is being expanding the company ever since with lots of love and through new experiences.

In his early years in Ithaca Island he was driving his grandfather “nuts” with his fishing skills in deep waters, where he specialized in small and big fish needs.

Nowadays he spends his days “fishing” in luxury hotel pools while drinking his Mai Tai.

Spyros’ background includes, Tourism & Hospitality diploma, Cooking Excellency at Le Monde, WSPC Diploma, organization of training sessions for all major drink brands in the Greek market, ownership of some very important venues and strategic thinking in creating Bar-tending Competitions along the country.

He is a drink connoisseur and a spirit lover, always thirsty for a new challenge.

Since she was 6, Melina, used to steal her father’s famous handcrafted Gin Fizz. In doing so, lots of alien spirits conquered her brain cells forcing her to do unspeakable things till she finally came to her senses. Waking up she heard her Martini bff whispering to her “Eureka!! I found the solution, in Bar Solutions”. Since she is making her own Gin Fizz…

Melina’s background includes a diploma in Economics for ULV, organization of Training sessions for WSET and luxury drink brands in the Greek & UK market, extensive experience in Sales, Distribution, Branding and Strategic thinking in creating Bar-tending Competitions in Greek & UK Market.

She is a sailor, a novice scuba diver and a gang member.

Trifonas was born with a back-pack full of ideas. First he started travelling around the world when he came to a place called drink-topia. His inner beast of drinking was then unleashed. After gathering the best people by his side he moved forward. The doorstep of Bar Solutions was his next step to Excellency.

Trifonas’ background includes, a spirits diploma, organization of tasting sessions for all major drink brands in the Greek market and nights after nights hard Bartending for some major bar players.

He is a food lover, a proud uncle and a back-packer gang.
